Jen grew up in the Roaring Fork Valley where she worked in the family business of real estate development, construction and sales. Randy’s life has been one of “other’s focused.” Growing up in small town Wyoming, Randy learned early on to value friendship, hard work and cowboy values. His life has been dedicated to helping others in various roles. He received a BA of Psychology and completed his graduate studies with an MA in Counseling. He spent a number of years in the Community Mental Health arena, providing specialized counseling services to families as well as crisis intervention. These years of dealing with people at intense and intimate levels further cemented his skills to discern other’s needs and assistin finding suitable strategies for them to thrive. Randy ventured into Real Estate initially as an investor where he bought, remodeled and flipped homes. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to invest in multi-family units both in and outside of Colorado. He has now been involved in Real Estate for nearly two decades. He enjoys helping people achieve their dream of home ownership while providing counsel that is honest, sound, in line with his client’s objectives and ultimately, only comes with years of experience. While Randy deeply enjoys his real estate career, he is passionate about his family. He and his wife and Real Estate partner, Jen, have six children and four grands. A majority of his time away from Real Estate involves something with their kids be that golfing, hiking and camping or traveling. He and Jen are also active in their local church community.
