Jennifer is a 3rd generation Realtor and Colorado native. She gained her initial experience in the industry while working for her father, a Residential and Commercial Developer and Builder. She has experienced the cycles of boom and bust in real estate and knows how to use that experience to navigate within the highs and lows of the market in the best interest of each client. She prides herself on her strong work ethic and the importance of building long-term relationships. Jen is passionate about helping people with professionalism and integrity. Randy is entrepreneurial in nature and enjoys the investment and financial side of the business. Having owned multiple rental properties and multi-family units, he is well-versed in the nature of Real Estate investing. When not working, Jen and Randy enjoy golfing, hiking, traveling, and camping but mostly spend time with their growing family of six children, their spouses, and four grandchildren.

Every single home we saw as part of our search was done on FaceTime with both of them patiently going through each room of the house, providing their guidance and counsel throughout. Managing the urgency of deadlines to close on a house is hard enough when you're in the same city, but doing this with an 8 hour time difference is an extremely difficult task.
